Ladies Technique & Embellishments II: (for students who have taken Ladies Technique 1 before,-at least 4 or more workshops-, or with two years of experience in tango; pre-registration is advisable)
First Part: Saturday March 6, 13 & 27 and Saturday April 3 from 3 to 4.30pm
Second Part: Saturday April 10, 17 & 24; Saturdays May 1, 8, 15 & 22 (no classes on May 29) and Saturday June 5 from 3 to 4.30pm

Salon Style: Walking technique + figures for the social dance
Intermediate Level:
Every Monday starting on Monday April 12 and finishing on Monday June 7 (9 workshops) from 8.30 to 10.00pm + 30 minutes “práctica”.
As it is their characteristic and teaching method, Gato and Andrea's class will start with a series of technique exercises to improve posture, balance, finding the axis and other technique issues such as rotations, pivots and changes of weight for the students to get a more accurate idea and execution of the new moves that they will later learn in a simple social pattern. Work on walking and musicality will be always emphasied.
TOPICS: technique, walking and displacements with embellishments for both leaders and followers; musicality, coordination and fluidity in the dance; line of dance; pauses, stops & unexpected changes of direction. Flexibility of the embrace; resources and fluid moves for the social dance; simple and double turns, and “figures” from crossed system.
The work will be progressive and challenging. Though the class is intended for intermediate level, all levels are welcome (except absolute beginners)

$100 per hour with both instructors
